Ikea Diskad dishwasher Sävendal front does not fit

Hello, I am about to lose it. I believe everything is assembled correctly. However, the front does not fit into the intended recess at the bottom. The door cannot be fully opened. Ikea says it is incorrectly assembled. But actually, there isn't much that can be assembled wrong there. I managed the rest of the kitchen without any problems. The front gets 2 rails in the right place and is hooked in. Moving the dishwasher backward did not help either. Does anyone have any idea? Many thanks!

A Siemens technician said that the front is too long. But how can that be when both the dishwasher and the front are sold by Ikea? That is why I specifically bought the dishwasher at Ikea to avoid exactly this problem.

Do not see any error in the assembly in the pictures. However, I cannot measure the precise installation of the rails. How does the whole thing look with the door closed?

The front is flush at the top with the adjacent fronts.
