Hi,

I bought a few new Besta cabinets for my living room. After assembling the carcass of one cabinet along with the drawers and door, I unfortunately had to notice that the carcass is warped, causing the top door to rest on the drawer front. What can be done to fix this problem? Or is an exchange the only option?

Thanks in advance for the answers.

Leave assembled and put back.

My fault, attached are three pictures. I hope you can see what I mean. By applying slight lateral pressure, you can bring the body into the correct position, but unfortunately it does not stay there. Any ideas?

Did you align the feet with the spirit level?

Most likely it is not the corpus that is warped but the floor, and since Ikea products often have only a minimum level of stiffness, the whole thing warps and takes the shape of the surface.

Simply screw it straight to the wall.
