Ikea bar tops / Installation with Capita brackets

OK is of course a solution in principle if it fits, basically the same as mine (see photo), just made of metal

IKEA should offer the Capita brackets in different heights. The current size is really only usable with quite low working surface heights.

There are 4 versions of Capita, and only one of them is intended for a counter, all the others are only designed as legs for base cabinets. However, with a bit of craftsmanship, the legs can quickly be used as brackets.

The UTBY legs might have been an option - but the problem has already been solved differently

There are 4 versions of Capita and of those only one is intended for a counter, all the others are only designed as feet for base cabinets. With a bit of craftsmanship, however, the feet can quickly be used as a bracket.

I would have liked to convert these Capita legs - but I couldn't think of a clever way to attach the legs to the underside without somehow welding a threaded rod or similar.

How would you have done it?
