Ideas for terrace design

Hello,
as our last project, we are planning our terrace for next spring.
In the attached picture, we have sketched the terrace on the photo.
It is to be a wooden terrace.
As a privacy screen towards the neighbors, we have planned a raised bed at the edge of the terrace, which we can then plant.
What would you make this raised bed out of?
We are very grateful for ideas, suggestions, or pictures.

The terrace has a depth of 4m and a width of about 9.5m. The raised bed should be approximately 1.5m wide and 0.8m high.

We had the following considerations for the construction of the raised bed...
- Gabions
- Formwork stones and plastering like the house
- Formwork stones and cladding with rhombus slats
- Formwork stones and cladding with thin bricks

We would appreciate tips or advantages and disadvantages about this..
