Hysteresis in Bosch / Junkers HPC 400

Hello, I have a question about the default setting for the hysteresis. In the manual it looks like this:

so 10-100 and the default is 30.
But in the system itself there is the following interval:


30-1500 and mine is set to 150.

What I want to know is: what is the standard value here? It seems to me that the system has to switch on quite often at 150. What do you think?

What does "the feeling that the heat pump frequently switches on" mean? What is it about for you?
