No! Normally, the desired room temperatures are agreed upon with the builder in advance (Form V, DIN 12831). In the further design of the heating surfaces, etc., this is taken into account accordingly. The system must then at least deliver this room temperature! If there is no agreement, the standard temperatures according to 12831 generally apply. For example, living room 20°C. These appear to be reached here!....Is there a maximum room temperature that the heating system must reach?
