Hello,
My girlfriend (25) and I (23) want to build a house in about 2-3 years. Starting in October, I will earn €2400 net, my girlfriend can only work 70% and therefore earns €1100 net.
So far, we have not been able to save any equity because I am still studying.
To my knowledge, building society contracts must run for at least 4 years. Is there another way to save some equity during this time, besides a daily/term deposit account?
Would you recommend a construction loan without/with little equity, or rather rent for longer (currently €650 cold rent)?
Best regards and thanks in advance
