How to mow undeveloped land?

Hello everyone,

I have a question about mowing on an undeveloped plot of land.
We have a property of about 530 sqm and would like to mow it for various reasons. On the former field, some wild type of grain is growing, with corresponding stalks. In between, there are occasional green plants of all kinds. I have no idea how, or with which equipment, you mow something like this.
I understand that you can’t use a small electric mower for this. But what tool would be suitable?

It's hard to tell now how dense it is, but a bar mower cleans up quite a bit and can be rented quickly almost anywhere.

Take an afternoon with a powerful brush cutter with a blade, that creates clarity and in case of surprises no expensive equipment gets damaged.

I actually know it with a scythe. There is apparently an electric version as well, but I would try it with the traditional kind ;)
