Good evening,
I want to remove a 10cm thick interior wall made of stones and sand.
Since I have never done this before, I wanted to ask for advice here.
Above all, I am wondering how to get the transition to the ceiling and the side walls neat?
I have attached a picture. The wall is marked in red.

1. Check whether the wall actually and safely has no structural function. That is the most important step!
2. For better transitions, you can pre-cut with a wall chaser or grinder. Check beforehand if there is electricity or water in the wall! Open windows. It will get dusty.
3. Knock off. Start at the top, work downwards. Clear debris in between to reach the lowest rows of stones.
It really isn’t rocket science. A dust mask is definitely recommended; you inhale more than you want. Possibly pay attention to eye protection, risk of splinters. Put on gloves and get started.
