How to approach building demolition?

I handled it during the demolition like with house construction 2x a day passing by, at least once when the workers were there. Mostly in the morning with a pot of coffee

Neighbors knew more or less when they would start than I did. The demolition company spoke with the town hall about parking spaces for containers and the doctor had gotten a parking spot on the opposite side of the street.

And it takes time Core removal took us about 3 weeks Demolition about 2 weeks then almost 3 weeks until the lab result was ready then another approx. 2 weeks until everything was gone

Called a few companies, initially non-binding. The order books are full.... Costs are in the range of 30 to 40 euros per m^3 of enclosed space. If asbestos is involved, similar. Great thing, then this point won't be that expensive :). We somehow expected more.
