How to adjust/set the Ikea Utrusta 153° hinge?

I bought a tall cabinet with a 140cm high door and 153°-Utrusta hinges. Now I wanted to change the position of the door in width and height because the door is not placed 100% straight.

According to the instructions, you are supposed to use the screw in the middle of the hinge for this. Interestingly, you are supposed to be able to adjust the position of the door both in height and width with only one screw. How is that supposed to work?

The 125° hinges have three screws for this, but the 153° hinges only have two in total.

The Utrusta 125° hinge has three screws:

1. Screw (left, directly on the hinge): depth adjustment
2. Screw (middle, directly on the cabinet): height adjustment
3. Screw (right, directly on the hinge): lateral adjustment

The Utrusta 153° hinge, however, only has two screws:

1. Screw (left, directly on the hinge): depth adjustment
2. Screw (middle, directly on the cabinet): height AND lateral adjustment

That means the 3rd screw does not exist on the 153° hinge! If you look at the manual for the 153° hinge, you can see this very clearly. Moreover, according to this manual, the 2nd screw is supposed to adjust both the height and the lateral position of the door. How is that supposed to work with ONE screw for BOTH???

Ah, you have to figure that out first if you only have the manual at hand. So there are also a total of three screws on the 153° hinge: the first screw on the left on the hinge, the second screw through the hole on the mounting plate, the third screw through the hole on the hinge.
