How should these points be understood in the development plan?

I assume that the boundary stones are still where they were placed. Until 8 weeks ago, our excavated soil was still on top of them. They were searched for yesterday. They are even a few centimeters underground... I will mention that the boundary stones clearly show that we have not dug them up!
