How much space does the geothermal drilling require?

"Block part of the street and the sidewalk" that could be a problem because: the street is just wide enough for the fire department to get through if we park on the sidewalk (which is therefore allowed here) - but blocking more than that is not possible.

It is a hillside property and the street is at the top. The building services are not inconveniently located (close to the street). Although we have a spacious garden, it is quite sloped everywhere and can only be accessed through neighboring properties (therefore I would be glad if we do not have to move there).

And the drilling position is not arbitrary either. In BaWü, it must be 5 meters away from the boundary... if it needs to be less, the neighbor must agree...

I'm curious to see how it is regulated here in Hessen.

It depends on the drilling. Many meters big machine, few meters small machine. Has this already been calculated? Heat load? What does the ground provide in W/m?
