How much should a worktop made of oak wood cost?

Find a 7m long oak plank in consistently good quality. That alone makes it expensive. 3m long acceptable pieces are likely much more common and therefore comparatively much cheaper.

Then make sure you can buy the board separately. As said, worktop express is really good. They also deliver to size. Maximum 4m from €300 (for the 4m), depending on the quality of the oak. No matter how high the installation costs + oiling may be, you still save a lot of money.
