A full panel covering the sash on an aluminum front door has always been more expensive than the variant with an insert panel.
With the full panel I always have one additional work step, namely bonding the outer shell and possibly the inner shell.
When purchasing a door, pay attention to a warp-resistant sash; this is especially important with large and dark panels, which may also be installed on the south side.
