How much does a bay window with a balcony cost?

now that we have finally signed the purchase contract for our plot, we are thinking about what our house could look like. Since bay windows are expensive, we have often read this here, but I have no idea how expensive. How much would a bay window about 4.5 x 2m (fully glazed, with external blinds) and a balcony above approximately cost? How is that actually built? The balcony floor is simultaneously the ceiling of the ground floor and so this area must be better insulated than the ground floor ceiling. Does the entire ground floor ceiling then become thicker or is there a step out to the balcony? Have you planned a bay window and what did or would it cost?

We have an offer for a prefabricated house with a bay window. This is priced at €28,000, without a balcony. The size of the bay window is secondary.

If that corresponds to the seller’s statement, then someone is probably being taken for a ride; likely the one with the smaller bay window.

A bay window, for example, 3.00 x 6.00 m has a larger base plate than a bay window 1.00 x 8.00 m; moreover, the former requires additional floor-to-ceiling window elements. For the latter, a balcony above also makes little sense, whereas for the larger variant it certainly does. But then additional costs for flooring and railings are added.
