Hello dear forum!
We signed the house contract in mid-May and at that time it was said that the shell construction would definitely be finished by winter.
So far, there have repeatedly been some uncertainties that made it impossible for the construction company to send out the building application.
But now we are waiting for the approval so that we can finally go there and sign.
How long did it take for your construction company to send out the building application?
Is it normal that the interest-free provision period has already expired before the house is finished?
Assuming the building application would be sent out in the next few days and approved in October (=3 months), would it still be possible to at least finish the shell construction for a bungalow this year?
Can construction then start immediately (assuming it is still frost-free)
or do I have to factor in some other points?
I would be happy to receive answers
Best regards
