Basically, the following applies to claims/obligations towards public authorities:
If you receive money, you have to expect a waiting period of several months.
If you have to pay money => "Payment within 10 days from the date of issuance of the notice"

Please don't speak too badly about the tax office.
As a rule, a refund is examined more thoroughly than when they receive money. However, this also varies from tax type to tax type.
The payment deadline for notices from the tax office is usually 1 month and not 10 days.
