How long does one have to wait for the construction application from the construction company?

I also chose Standard. I wasn't really in the mood to plan everything from scratch. Well, I'll wait another week and then cautiously ask how things are progressing.

No desire oO. It's about your own four walls and a lot, a lot of money.

Contract for work signed on 27.03. After that, waited 2-3 weeks until the first planning meeting. We had free floor plan design. We changed our draft 6-7 times so that we only finished planning the house at the end of July :-) Additionally, our building window is somewhat unfavorably timed and we often had to wait for feedback from the building authority. On 17.08 we submitted the building application. Now we have to wait.

So signature with the developer until submission of the building application 5 months (due to floor plan design, renegotiation of additional costs, building authority clarification, holiday period, etc.)

that depends entirely on the capability of the construction company or their planners or architects. To prepare a building application, the terrain data with elevations of the property are also needed, as these must be drawn in the views and sections. These are usually provided by a surveying office. If the survey data are available and all design questions have been clarified with the client, a building application for a single-family house in conventional construction up to approx. 200 sqm can be prepared within two weeks.
