How important is the U-value of interior walls?

Hello,

I am currently choosing interior wall stones. The options are a stone with strength class 10 or 12 (depending on thickness) and one with strength class 8. The latter has a slightly better U-value than the ones with a higher strength class.

For interior walls, I think the U-value is not so crucial, but rather the topic of sound insulation / strength (we are in seismic zone 3), or how do you see it?

Have you dealt with this or did it not matter to you? :)

The unit of the U-value is Watt/m²xK. The crucial factor in this case is the temperature difference between both sides of the wall. If the same temperature is present on both sides, the heat loss approaches 0. Moreover, even with temperature differences, the heat would only move into another room within the building envelope. The U-value is therefore quite unimportant for interior walls.

Good, that's what I thought too. Then I am relieved :)

Why do you have to choose something like that?

Do not have to, but I want to.

Don't get me wrong, but obviously you have little knowledge about the topic, you "inform" yourself in an internet forum where you get answers x & y from (mostly) laypeople – and then you decide something that is supposed to stand for the next 100 years and more? I find that more and more a "dangerous" development – it gets bad when people then want to explain the world to trained craftsmen. The latter is not directed at you... just wanted to mention that.
