How high are default interest rates?

Interesting thread. The question is, however, on which amount do you want to calculate default interest? And from when? With what justification?

I’m wondering that too... the construction company does have the right to have (minor) defects remedied. With “right” or a 3-month delay, you probably won’t get far in Germany.
Aside from that, I would also have it done – even if it takes half a year. If it’s not fixed through the main company, it won’t be fixed anymore.
