How expensive is the exterior plaster per square meter to calculate?

Hello everyone,
I now have all my offers together. Only the exterior plaster is still missing. In conversations with colleagues, I have been given all sorts of possible and impossible amounts (partly 60000 for a normal / larger house).
I know the question is quite general. The only information I have received is that a reinforcement mesh will probably be installed, the house is built in solid construction / brick. Could you maybe give an approximate figure per sqm of exterior wall?
Thank you in advance for your contributions!
Have a nice weekend
Regards
Matthias

I paid about €50 net for reinforcement, base coat, mineral fine plaster on brick. Without scaffolding, without painting. I also had 2 more expensive offers. 60000 is a bit very unrealistic, that would be about €300/m²...

70-80€ per sqm I consider reasonable if it is only plaster. (Of course including VAT.) If the house has many corners and edges and there are complications with scaffolding etc., the price cannot be maintained.

Depends on the plaster.

Mineral noble scratch plaster: approx. €120 per m² (WeberAquabalance)

Offer from early 2017, now correspondingly more expensive.
Scratch plaster is naturally a bit more complex (first reinforcing mesh, then base plaster, then scratch plaster, and then the plaster is scraped again)

Oh yes: price is gross (tax included)

120 is quite a number, for us it was also WeberAquabalance and at the beginning of 2017 half that... the most expensive offer was 100€.

So you can see what such an offer might look like. However, it is from the end of 2017 and will even be cheaper because the scaffolding will not be dismantled again.

There are 2 full floors with 140 sqm plus a basement in in-situ concrete, where only the interior walls in the basement are additionally plastered.
