How does it get warm? Heat pump or pellets?

I have an Ökofen Pellletronic, which requires little work. Emptying the ash box 1 to 2 times per year is all. In addition, there is an inspection once a year. So far, I have had the manufacturer perform it for warranty reasons; after that, I will take over myself. It takes about 1 hour of work.

If so much ash accumulates that the heating system has to be shut down, it can be due to poor-quality fuel, poorly adjusted combustion control, or intervals between emptying that are too long. Occasionally removing ash is not a big deal.
