Hello,
Rhenish regards
In this setup, real estate transfer tax is due on property & house. If I understood correctly, we had a general contractor/general contractor agreement through which the property and the house were to be purchased and built.
I am still not sure about that, reading your answers here.and we are not looking for a jack of all trades, "we already had that" ;o)
Both companies recommended by your supervisor? Then when we wanted to switch to the other "company," suddenly nothing worked anymore.
Not uninformed maybe, but still quite misinformed.Just because I am not so familiar with the terms and abbreviations and don’t deal with them much does not mean we approach the matter completely uninformed.
"Your will," "being able to do something," and then "implementing it" are three different things. And what you "want" must align with your budget, at least with the applicable building regulations and recognized rules of technology. In today’s service society it’s that simple: I want something the way I want it, either it works or I look for someone who does it the way I want it!!!
I currently lack faith in that; if it were so, you would hardly have had two failures.we have those ;o)
Do you currently practice both professions? Even if one of them, I can’t see that you are unfamiliar with common construction terminology …?As a trained bricklayer and electrician
As long as it complies with the approved building permit (lighting), the meter cabinet allows space for further fuses, and a master electrician approves your electrical work ... nothing.but what can really happen if I put in one more drywall?
