How do you search for a suitable property developer?

Hello,

I hope that not only people looking to build a house are here, but also "old hands" when it comes to house construction.

My wife and I want to build and have been searching for a developer for almost a year now, but somehow we are not making progress.

That's why we are now hoping to perhaps benefit from your experiences.

Could you maybe share recommendations or your experiences with which company we should build with or which companies you would advise us against???

... and why aren't you making any progress (after a year of BU/BT search)?

either our supervisor separates from his company (or vice versa, unfortunately we do not know), or the house suddenly cannot be remodeled according to our needs (6 living or working rooms) and and and

So you are looking for a prefabricated house manufacturer and not a property developer?
