How do you justify an exceedance of the ridge height?

I know.. it always depends on the nose of the people.. despite everything, I hope that a distinction is made between a "small" exception and something as big as [Firsthöhe].. Small for me would be, for example.. 2 degrees different roof pitch or 10 cm outside the building window..
