Hello and good evening :)

Since it is getting colder again, we already have to start thinking about heating. Especially since we are currently building and still have to decide how we want to heat and what we want to use for it. We chose the prefabricated house and honestly, we are totally overwhelmed with the topic -.- Many say that a normal heating system is not allowed, others recommend one like that der Link wurde gelöscht, da es sich eh um eine Werbe/Infoseite für eine Hausbaufirma handelt, Gruss die Mod... and others say we should hire someone.

Honestly, our heads are burning because of this. Above all, it is getting colder and here in the place it is mega cold  Therefore, I wanted to ask around and hope for neutral opinions.

Who knows about this and what would be your recommendations?

You are speaking incoherently... you have a house, you are building a house? It is getting colder and colder?! Are you currently sitting by the campfire? What does your provider offer?

Gas is wonderful if it fits into your concept - oil is also making a comeback, I’ve heard :D
Air-water heat pumps are also okay if they fit into your concept.
Even brine-water heat pumps and air-to-air heat pumps are supposed to work... if it fits into the concept.
Exotics – it is rumored – heat with wood of all kinds – also great if the concept fits.
The really crazy ones have electric direct heaters – but here there is rarely a suitable concept :D

What I mean is: more info... what are you building – size, region, insulation standard? Do you already have a heating energy demand calculation? Is there a heat load calculation? Can you meet your Energy Saving Ordinance and KfW goals with gas?

I agree with the previous writer. There is simply too little information to be able to help you.

But I can answer your initial question. :)

We heat with gas and have solar thermal panels on the roof (was mandatory) as well as underfloor heating.

Our energy consumption according to the reference house and energy certificate will be just under 10,000 kWh. We will report.

Our standard: Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 and double glazing.

Maybe you should have asked your question back in 2013 or -14 - and that to your Häuslebauer? ;)

We have gas and wood!

Double glazing? You built with Massivhaus Mittelrhein, right? Three-pane glazing is actually standard there, isn’t it?
