How do you calculate the structural cost sum for a prefabricated house?

What is supposed to be estimated there? The volume with calculation proof is a mandatory part of the building application, and the raw construction sum calculated in this way must be entered by the authorized submitter in the building application form. There is nothing to estimate, especially not by the client.

For Saxony, there is a value to be applied per cubic meter of enclosed space, which is currently 118€/m³. But your architect, who prepares the building application, also knows that.
