Hello everyone,
I have newly installed a URail track system from Paulmann on the ceiling. Three tracks, each connected with an angle piece. I had to shorten two tracks slightly.
The track system is installed under a hollow drywall ceiling with the fixed 23mm track hangers from URail.
In the tracks, I have the Paulmann Cover Spots each with a GU10 bulb from Hue.
One of the tracks unfortunately buzzes during operation. This has no impact on the lighting.
I suspect some kind of mechanical vibration or a loose contact, because: when I move the track slightly, the buzzing goes away. But as soon as I let go and it returns to the normal position, the buzzing usually comes back. Sometimes it also goes away on its own and then comes back again at some point.
I have already tightened and checked all screws.
Does anyone have an idea which part of the track causes such a buzzing? Then I could search more targeted and counteract.
As mentioned: with slight pressure against the lamp to turn the track outward or inward, the buzzing stops. Also, a slight tap against the end often turns off the buzzing for a while.
