Just leave out the carport for now. It is even cheaper to simply build one later and possibly have to tear it down again, than to get out of the loan agreements now.

Yep, that was the next plan. Basically to build what is approved and then check what is tolerated. Seems to work perfectly with the other residents as well.

Only with you will people perhaps look more closely. You are the troublemakers. Don't get me wrong, but the people at the office will probably see it that way.

Yes, we have more or less come to terms with that. Dissolving the whole thing would simply leave too great a financial loss.

Sorry, no offense, but if you are already threatening to throw in the towel because of such minor uncertainties, it might possibly have been the wrong decision in general to build a house...

Ok, that's quite a lot of wood. But how did it come to this? During the initial selection of the BU / architect (how or with whom are you even building?), not looked properly?
