How can one accurately determine own contribution?

we are considering buying a house. Now the bank has sent us a list of the required documents. :o
Among other things, they want to know about a self-performed work certified by an architect.
Does anyone have experience with this? :confused:

Own work is everything you do yourself, which is why it's also called muscle mortgage ;). Discuss exactly which tasks you will carry out yourself with the architect, who will then know how much monetary value it is, or get an estimate for all tasks and subtract the individual items that you will then do yourself. However, the bank wants the stamp from the architect on it, at least I assume.

We also went through the individual items with the architect and informed him what we can or want to do ourselves. The value was then determined by the architect himself.
