I am urgently looking for a construction expert including legal advice. But I am completely helpless as to where I should turn. I had a very negative phone call with the Bauherren-Schutzbund, where I was basically brushed off. Moreover, it was only about immediate legal steps here.
On DEKRA’s website, there apparently isn’t anyone for Nuremberg or the surrounding area.

How do I find such a contact person for the Nuremberg area?

I would look for a lawyer specializing in construction law. They can advise you regarding the legal steps.
As a rule, based on their experience, they also know suitable experts.

Specialist lawyers usually also have experience with and contacts to experts.
