Our developer has planned a tiled roof with a 7-degree pitch - to our knowledge, there is only one provider for this in Germany, and we have concerns because he wants to implement this with his so far unconvincing construction company. Does anyone have experience with this?

About the "unconvincing construction company" – is the owner Fleischer? – you should tell more (however, a tiled roof with a 7° slope is already not a bad start). Until now, I only knew bad jokes starting with "a man goes to the doctor ..." *LOL*

So, I have now waited a day because I cannot offer experience with flat tile roofs. Since apparently not much is coming in, I’ll write it down anyway: Is there a possibility to switch to metal? Anyone can do that, it is watertight and the photovoltaic system, which will have to be installed sooner or later anyway, can simply be screwed on. So it saves costs twice and is watertight for a long, long time.

"Heilig's Blechle!" I wish I had had the tip 1.5 years ago.

And me six years ago... But hey - sooner or later a new roof to be covered comes from somewhere! Absolutely! ;-)

Yes, carport and shed. Let's see if it will be this year already...
