I would have to check the documents now. As far as I know, there was a demand for the replacement from heating value to condensation technology including all associated work. So gas connection, radiators, etc. But has already answered that and it has since expired. So I don't want to blow up the topic any further :-)

It is a complete renovation, but of course not to an energy-efficient house. District heating is simply not available. You are right, it is probably best to talk to the plumber once. He will know what to do, I thought I’d get a few tips here.
