So, the house looks very well maintained. It can at least be found on [Immonet] with the basic data. I "like" everything about it visually (so according to property assessment). Except for this electric tiered garage. But who needs a car in a good location anyway?!

Yes, it is actually somewhat odd, but since there are enough parking spaces on the main street, it is not a major point of criticism for us.

I have now taken a look at it myself. The location in Duisburg is really good (north enough to still be affordable). Transport connections are great. Price is also okay. The only downside: A59 to the west, from which the wind always blows. But if you are from the Ruhr area, you can handle that. On the other hand, you are at Düsseldorf airport in 15-20 minutes and just a few minutes later in the center of Düsseldorf.

Airport to escape to.
I measured 300 meters (I'm slowly getting the hang of it) and also measured our distance to the highway: 700m, but to the east, where the wind doesn't come as often.
Yes, 300 meters to the west is quite something.

Since we currently live at a similar distance, it's not that bad for us. After all, it's "only" the city highway with a 100 km/h speed limit.
