But yes, the Rhein-Kreis Neuss is going into total periphery – there is also something like Garzweiler, which makes the prices in the region really attractive (if you want to live rurally and still be super quick in the state capital).

First, it's about you not being able to imagine that someone can just move into a house and be happy (which you also write in the parallel thread about what "one" supposedly still needs in the garden to be happy) and now it's about a banker talking people into a house.
