Imagine that people are simply happy to be able to afford their own home. You can imagine a lot. I can also imagine that the OP just moves in (and paints) and is really happy about the house.

That's how it is The kitchen can be done later I find that consistent, price and your income The price is steep, that's total periphery, right? Two-room apartments are more expensive here.

Without traffic, 30 minutes to Düsseldorf's Königsallee (or even less, depending on the location). But yes, the Rhein-Kreis Neuss is going into total periphery – there is also something like Garzweiler, which makes the prices in the region really attractive (if you want to live rurally and still be super quick in the state capital).

He has to, because with his income, that's all he will be able to manage. I'm just not a banker and don't benefit from talking people into buying a home when I don't see it as realistic.

I don't benefit from it either. But you're talking past the point again. First, it's about you not being able to imagine that someone can just move into a house and be happy (which you also write in the parallel thread about what "one" supposedly still needs in the garden to be happy) and now it's about a banker talking people into a house. So confusing..
