Hello,
We are currently interested in a house in the Stuttgart region. The key data are:
- Year of construction 2006
- Allstav house in laminated timber construction (PS 20 SE)
- Glatthaar basement
- Energy consumption: A 44 kWh/m2*a (final energy) or C 79 kWh/m^2*a (primary energy)
- 130m^2 living space, 72m^2 usable space
- Air-water heat pump with solar thermal, ventilation system with heat recovery
- Underfloor heating, parquet or tiles
I am happy to provide further information!
I am especially interested in experiences with the provider (unfortunately little to find, the company no longer exists) and generally the construction method. How good is the long-term durability? What should one pay attention to when buying?
Specifically, I would like to know how suitable the timber construction is for extensions and repairs (e.g. laying cables flush-mounted for electric shutters etc. and retrofitting a photovoltaic system).
Thank you very much, I look forward to all responses!
Florian
