House planning is available, so how do we now get to the finished house?

in a few weeks we will have our final plans with (hopefully) the building permit. All of this was done for us by an architect (service phases 1-4). Now the question arises how the house should finally be built. 'Intuitively, we would commission a builder who handles the shell construction, roof, and screed. The other trades such as plumbing, electrical, and interior work we would contract separately. Has anyone of you also built like this in the BW area? Are there any good builders here?

You need a construction company, not a developer. A developer sells you a finished house with a plot of land.

What advice did the architect give you?
What did you do during the planning phase? Didn’t you visit new development areas and talk to builders on site? Looked at the construction signs, noted companies that made a good impression?
