It is more about the risk of not finding a buyer for the old house and the interest rates then eating up the savings.

Hmm… this is the first time you’ve shown respect for the sale. I’m not going to scroll back again, but up until now it sounded like the market was licking its lips after your old house… (if I remember correctly)

But that does not mean that we can rely on it. It can always turn out differently than expected, and it already makes a difference whether a bridging loan costs €20,000 or more than €30,000 in the year!
