Hello everyone, a brief update on our situation:

My husband and I (he is 61, I am 55) lived in my parents' house until a few weeks ago. It was a huge old house that we renovated, but some things still needed to be done; we had an almost 1500 sqm garden, many steps, etc. So simply nothing for our "old age."

We have two children, my son is almost 18 but already works or is in training and earns his own money. My daughter is 20 and studies, but will be finished at the latest in 4 years.

So, we sold our old house and after all possible payments, we still have 130,000 in the pocket. When my husband goes into early retirement in 1 year, we will have about 2800€ monthly to live on together.

Now the question is: Where to? I always lived in the countryside, having my own garden or a place to feel good in was always very important to me. We also have a shepherd dog and a cat. So the very, very most important thing for me would simply be a small garden! I would rather not go on vacation and instead feel comfortable at home.

So now my question: Do you think it is somehow possible to get a house again? That would simply be great, my dream of a lifetime!

Of course, I have already thought about renting a house, but that usually costs more than 1100€, which is quite a lot.

I found the following offer and would be happy if someone could take a look at it:

EIGENTUMSHAUS statt Mietwohnung - AKTION monatlich schon ab € 633, -
2454 Sarasdorf, 94 m²

Is there some catch? Or do you really only pay 633€ or a bit more monthly for rent and operating costs and afterwards the house belongs to us?

Thank you very much and best regards!

This is purely a teaser offer. Just a financing example. In other words: If you, for example, pay 80% of the costs upfront, you only have to pay the remaining installment of €633 monthly,... You can toss something like that straight into the trash,... An individual financing with your conditions, your land + house can end up with an installment of €633 or €2000. Such offers are normally only used to collect addresses.
