House fully built. What else should be arranged or considered now?

our house is finally completed.
What do we need to think about now after the completion and what still needs to be arranged?

Heating and ventilating! Report any defects early.

Set the heating and other technology correctly/have it set correctly. And repeatedly readjust/have it readjusted within the first year until everything fits perfectly.

First of all, of course, all possible pictures and anecdotes have to be posted here. ;)

What do you already have? Are you already living in it? Brainstorming:
- Residential building insurance
- Adjust household insurance if necessary after moving in
- If new garage: adjust car insurance (anyway in case of moving/change of residence)
- Plan maintenance, possibly keep a calendar
- Introduce yourself to the neighbors
- Think about winter services
- Garden planning
- Cash audit and creation of reserves (special repayment, maintenance, renovation, ...)
- Check for defects again before the warranty expires (you can already enter this in the calendar today).

Notify the municipality upon completion of construction.
Register the construction completion with the state statistical office.
Apply for waste collection.
Ask the municipality immediately for the property tax assessment notice.
If there is still money available, arrange for a building survey right away.
Adjust the gas, water, and electricity advance payments.
