Well, 200 €/sqm² is not really that much. It therefore sounds more like the Hohenlohe district with reference to Heilbronn and not the commuter belt around Stuttgart.

Yup, it's more like a bit of the sticks. Here with us, right at the Weinsberg junction, the price is 385€/m2

Noooo! That's practically Heilbronn and the area has zero unemployment, very high purchasing power, and is also attractive for commuters towards Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart

North of Stuttgart towards Heilbronn it is significantly cheaper than south of it.
