House Construction Paragraph 34 - City Villa Allowed?

We are planning a city villa with a hip roof. What about Paragraph 34? Would that be allowed or would we have to change the planning?

In my opinion, this is not advisable. Whoever writes remains. Submit a qualified preliminary building inquiry. Even then, you do not have real planning security, as one could read here in the forum.
