Yes, I hope that they will respond soon. There are currently no plots of land in this location. The land value is 80€/m². In the neighboring town, a new residential area has just been developed with costs of 120€/m². I hardly believe that you could get it much cheaper there. Not to mention that the development plan from 1960 basically sets no limits for us.
