Hello Anna,

very gladly - I will send you the contact details shortly via private message.

You are not entirely wrong - Weberhaus is definitely one of the more expensive providers of timber frame prefabricated houses, but much of that is relative when you consider the included features and compare it with other providers.

Many providers who seem "cheaper" at first glance end up in similar price ranges with comparable features (if these are possible at all as an extra).

Lehner was dropped by us due to, in our opinion, the somewhat unusual consultant. He was very competent, no question, but we just didn’t really connect with him, and he obviously found some of our wishes so strange that he kept trying to convince us of a completely different house (e.g., integrated garage, which we absolutely did not want). Also, his refusal to give us his designs before signing the contract played a role.

Best regards,

Dirk

I can well understand the refusal to give you the drafts. As long as you received an individual draft from him, this procedure is normal and understandable.

It was no different for us when buying the kitchen.
What the seller did not know, however, is that I have a photographic, very good memory.

I don’t think so. With almost all providers, we received the individual drafts.
