House building - How do I go about it? I'm going around in circles!

Well, I can understand him there.... I assume the street is to the north of his place, so he’s simply giving away the 8 meters as an entrance, where a few meters less would have been enough.... still, a nice little house should fit on the property then, shouldn’t it?
