House building company before financing - which documents to hand over?

it's good that you have already spoken with satisfied builders. However, you were together with the seller on selected by him construction sites - a knave who thinks ill of it...

I would look for houses of the provider in a residential area and ask the owners directly there.

How is this contract designed? Is there already a fixed price in it?

For me, such a company would definitely be out of the running...

I agree with my predecessor. Be suspicious! We only paid the first installment for the architect after the floor plan was completed. If you already have to make advance payments so early, how will it continue later? We pay each trade only after we have accepted it, not before. What is the name of the company you want to build with?
