Sure! Why not? You sound like the seller is your enemy. Just read: contract comes from tolerating. Some people don’t understand that – they must think that the contracting party is automatically their enemy. Are you one of them? Usually, you see each other twice: once for the purchase and the second time for the goodwill negotiation. Then the enemy is supposed to turn back into a friend or what???

So I think – and hope – that it also works without such an account. What I have read lately tends more towards "put everything in the purchase contract so that it is settled."

Since we have a fairly good relationship with the sellers and we also have a sympathy bonus on their side, we tend to rely more on trust than mistrust.
