what costs besides electricity and heating, which I roughly know, does a homeowner face monthly?

-Water, how much?
-Garbage collection, how much?
-Mandatory insurances?
-what else is there? any taxes?

Approximate figures, it should not matter by 50 euros.

Water, heating, and electricity are initially very dependent on you.

Otherwise, off the top of my head, I can think of:

- Chimney sweep
- Heating maintenance
- Garbage (you can inquire at the municipality)
- Household insurance
- Building insurance
- Property tax ....

Means? I’m calculating about 100 euros for electricity advance payment and 100 euros for heating advance payment. 50 euros for water and sewage. That would be 250 euros per month. Can I manage with 150 for the rest? Trash, chimney sweep, taxes, insurance?
