Hello, after some time of searching we (me 28, my girlfriend 25 and her two children) have found a suitable property for us. It is a terraced house in the city, plot 450sqm and 100sqm living space. Year of construction 1900, currently there are only 2 stoves in the house, the electrics need to be renewed etc. That would not be a problem for now, as I have already renovated several houses myself. The house should cost 20,000 + broker, land register, property transfer tax etc 25,000€. I would like to take out 50,000 because of the renovation. So now to my question, I want to buy the house alone, meaning my girlfriend should neither appear on the purchase contract nor on the loan application. I have already been to the bank for preliminary inquiries and they said it looks quite good, but of course they still need some things. No equity is available, but everything will be renovated by myself. I have a net income of 1,500 (car loan with monthly 160€ still runs for 4 years) Do you think it is possible to get the financing approved? Best regards Daniel
